I played Warhammer many years ago.

He has 8 Xbox 360s set up and last year he had about 20 teams playing 2 on 2 and 4 on 4 all weekend.

I just remembered that last year 4 eleven and twelve year olds beat 3 professional teams to take the Gears of War championship.  It was so cool; I couldn't believe how excited they were.
