A hint of reason. Now if they could just send a little of that our way. They're building a new prison just outside of Keene.  >:(

Just my involuntary number crunching here:

California prison system is at 188% capacity. This means a cell designed for two is housing almost six people. I bet CA does not allow landlords to pack more than a certain number of people per unit.

You mean almost 4 people?  100% capacity is full or two people.  200% capacity wuold be twice the capacity or 4.

I'm sure the most violent ones will be let out first and the least violent kept; after all they need better justification to increase their budget and build more prisons!
