There are many idiots walking around that drink human blood for kicks.  They are just idiots, until they use force/coercion to accomplish their idiocy.

While exposed to the punk movement in Long Beach (Cali) in the early eighties, I saw a guy "hickey" a girl's arm until blood started to flow through the skin, then continue sucking the hickey.  I was told that this practice was fairly common.
