It's hard, isn't it, to have family who fall into all of the goo goo eyed nonsense. Though, I spent the afternoon at my mother shouse yesterday and she admitted to me, that after this simulus "plan" was signed it did seem to her that we have signed on for more of the same. It's like...before we were drinking coke, and now we are sipping on Coke, WITH LIME! YES! Except, is still coke...the different flavor, not so exciting after you realized you thought it was going to change your whole life.

YESSSSSSSSSSSS. When people talk about "our debt", it makes me feel like puking! I didn't spend this money, I didn't want this money and furthermore, I don't think I reaped whatever benefits were gained from it. I feel sometimes, like because I vote, I buy into the system, and because I buy into the system, I kind of agree that it is my debt too? Is that crazy? I don't vote in federal elections, if that gets me off the hook at all....but I do kind of feel like, voting says "hey, I'm a part of it"...
