So, after watching http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YUzd7G875Hc, I kind of was pondering, ya know using a police dog to say it smells something and 'give them probable' cause is a really bad indication (especially if as the guy ssaid the dog was disinterested and they just said that the dog smelled something).... but I found this case: http://www.freerepublic.com/forum/a3b02d39965ba.htm, where a Federal District judge threw out a case where 560 lbs of MJ were found after a dog sniffed the car....  because of the unreliable nature of the dogs....  Anyone know what came of this case?  I couldn't find much more information.  Or does this case really only related to that specific dog?

I wonder what would happen if the had been asked for a record of how many times the dog 'sniffed' drugs or people and how many times drugs or people were found?
