As a webmaster, I always do.

That said, the ads on BOTTOM are Google ads and they pay per click. That ads up top are Project Wonderful, and they pay for time. Clicking the BOTTOM ones help the site. :P

Correction, they appear to rotate between Google, Project Wonderful and "other" being non-ad agency plugs.
