The next time you're arrested and need counsel, this may be a good way to get the courts to allow you to have a person who is not a lawyer represent you.  Tell them you can only accept Godly counsel (someone who can honestly sign this form), to represent you:

A lawyer would be unable to honestly sign the form because he/she has already sworn allegiance to the state.

this might make sense for some guys
