Followup to this:

Although he is bigger and stronger than me, I looked him in the eye and told him to his face that I'm tired of his thieving and won't stand for it anymore. He responded with denials, accusing *me* of taking *his* food, condescension, smirks and rudeness.? He suggested that I go to the police.? This man is the epitome of a bully.

You know what? Maybe it is time to go to the police. Theft is theft.

Eventually it will be just Karl and NPR boy.

I would keep track of the value of the stolen food and subtract it from my rent.  This is Karl's responsibility.

/nod  Lloyd speaks sense.

SWilliams

buy a package of cupcakes.

enjoy one of them, set the other one aside in the fridge with your name on it.

But, before you set it aside, crush 4 ex-lax tabs and mix them in the creme filling.

That sumbitch will never steal food from you again!

(you have to put your name on it to mark it as the one that you do not want to eat....)

Ya I think the best idea is to randomly make some of your food dangerous for others to eat in some way and then inform everyone.  One idea would just be spitting on/in some of your food. They will be scared to eat anything that doesn't clearly belong to themselves.   I'll send you a pm about this friday with some other thoughts...

I was thinking that too. Thanks for the confirmation.   :)

Ron Helwig

Karl should add the value of the stolen food to the rent of the thief. Probably ought to also add a "handling charge" to pay those who are delivering the thief's food to him  :D
