It is time to start up a Porc Manor in Grafton.
As the first project gets going I will post the details.

Please post (or private message me) if you are interested in renting space (living or storage) or investing (time or dollars).

We could end up with multiple projects, so different people will be interested in the various situations.

Let me know how much you can afford to pay for rent and what amount of bedroom, bathroom, and common area you are interested in.

since we are done with burning porcupine, it is time to crank up this project before summer is over

right now we have a couple of things that are of interest:

The Historic Grafton Inn
is available for $250,000
it currently has 3 apartments 3b,2b,2b

i am guessing that 2 of the apartments are filled. If we bought it, we would just be fixing up and filling the last one. I haven't been inside yet. Maybe it will work better in the future as one large house again.

the other direction we can go is with a small house that we rent out to a family or 2 or 3 separate rooms.

Please contact me if you have interest in renting a house, room, or apartment in Grafton. We would be offering the place with everything included (such as snow removal, landscaping, and wood delivery).

Also contact me if you would like to invest. I need to borrow the funds to buy and fix up any of these places or someone could buy the property and the Grafton Welcome Wagon would manage it.
