PatK,
Did you remember to take your medication today?  ;)
Does it taste better, or is it less filling?  ;D

Pat K

It tastes better and it's more filling. ;D

OK all, looking for a little help here.

Otis and I have stayed a couple days longer than we agreed to at our current location. We're needing to find a place ASAP. I've been looking for an apartment or house to rent, but most don't take dogs. I've even been checking out hotels (over $100/night? - I could afford it but it does seem ridiculous)

I'm working on getting a house built near Concord, but that won't be available until October or November. We need something to hold us over until then.

All I really need (other than the basic amenities) is high speed Internet. Close to Concord/Pembroke is good, but I'm in Newport right now, so I can range a bit.

So far the best I can come up with are a Comfort Inn in Concord or Manchester, or a Best Western in Sunapee.

This apartment complex allows large dogs, plus it has great neighbors ;)

Pines At Keene
Address:      317 Maple Ave # 3, Keene, NH 03431
Phone:           (603) 352-3300

It's right around the corner from us.  I don't know if they have any openings.

Ooops, I told you the wrong place.  The place I'm thinking of is called "The Court" and is on Court St., but I'm having trouble locating the manager.  A guy there told me it's managed by some firm on main street.  Trying to locate them for you.

Kat Kanning

Oh, they're condos :)  I guess that's why they can have big dogs.

Kat Kanning

Try Rent.com...you can search for rentals that allow dogs.  It looks like there are many listings.

Hey Ron - if you are in the Concord area now (I use to live in near Newport myself on Lake Sunapee) let's get together have a cup of coffee (on me) and chat!

Michael Fisher

There's an apartment complex in Newmarket that allows dogs.  Sorry, nothing near Concord that I'm aware of.

Today Otis wanted to bite a Nappen!  :o

I'm building in Deerfield, it looks like. Closing on the land in November, then building. I hope to be in by January if possible.  8)

I got lucky and found a temporary place with the dawg. After a bit of jockying for position, Otis and Dawg seem to be getting on OK.

Once I'm in, I plan to attend some Objectivist events in Epsom.

Anybody know where to get a good pizza oven (one that would fit in a regular kitchen)?
