Charter Cities

I was listening to some of the episodes on TED.com and came across this vid from Paul Romer. It got me thinking that this idea of charter cities combined with the idea of the FSP could there be a charter city for freedom in NH possibly even multiple cities with different levels of freedom for people to choose from.

Man:   Hasn't got as much freedom in it as Grafton, has it?

Wife:   Could you do Keene without the freedom then?

Waitress:   Urgghh!

Wife:   What do you mean 'Urgghh'? I don't like freedom!
