 8) I still have AT&T from Mass and since  I now live in Northern NH reception  sucks, and besides that ATT is telling me and chargibg me 7% tax saying its a special tax that they charge inh NH mass was 6.25%

1. Regardless I'm switching providers either to US cell or Verizon, US Cell seems like the better of the two and cheaper.

2. Recomendation? and also is their such a thing as a NH Cell Phone tax? or is att just full of shit?

Thanks ahead of time!

New Hampshire has a cell phone tax of 7.87%.

I'm sure they just wrap it into the cost, but I use a pre-paid Tracfone and buy my minutes online. I don't even pay SALES TAX on my phones or minutes, let alone bundled service fees and stuff. My number is based out of Keene.

one option would be boost mobile.  $50 a month gets you unlimited text minutes and data.  it is a great deal.

if you know someone that wants/needs a cell you could go with tmobile.  Tmobile has the same thing in a "family" plan unlimited minutes text and data for 150 a month.  when you do the math 150/2=75$ so not much more than the boost option.

i know a place in Beverly MA, which will not charge you taxes and will give you a great deal on used stuff for whatever provider (at&t tmbile sprint nextel boost etc) that you need if you drop my name.

Yes, I know that is a shameless plug but he has been a friend of mine for many years.  :)
