Carl is moving again!

For those who haven't heard, I'm in the process of buying a house!
So I intend to leave this apartment which some of you most graciously and expeditiously moved me into, and go on to bigger & better things. (Including a basement & garage all to myself, for multifarious purposes).

The closing is tentatively scheduled for sometime around the 17th; so the hope is to be able to move on the 21st or 22nd. I don't expect to be able to move all my stuff at that time (if I don't have an Internet connection, I won't be able to work from there); but I hope to get much of it moved.

Kevin will be moving with me; so he'll have stuff to move as well (tho not much).

Unlike the last time, I'm planning on renting a truck to simplify the process.

I will be moving from:
29 Chesley St.
Concord, NH 03301

to:
8 Wyman St.
Concord, NH 03301

It's not a long drive (30 minutes walk; maybe 10 minutes drive including parking time, if we hit all the red lights); so the plan is to be quick and loose with the loading of the truck, since multiple trips will likely be necessary.

Here's the listing for the new house, so you can see what it looks like:

I will of course buy pizza and good Manchester Brewing beer (and soda and water) for everyone who comes to help!

This is just a tentative notice of plans; I hope to update everyone with more details when they are available. If for some reason I can't move on the 21st, I will likely reschedule for the 28th/29th. That unfortunately is Thanksgiving weekend, and so there is less likelihood of people being able to make it over to help.

So happy for you. We won't be able to help but would love to come visit sometime. That is a great looking house.

One of the nice things about the new place is that it's right next to a baseball diamond, and so there's a big parking lot right there which presumably people may use if they were to assemble at my place to party or march on the capitol or whatever. :)

I'll talk to Rick about this, maybe we can help because were not really doing anything for Thanksgiving.  Keep me posted on the definite date and time, okay?  :)
