the ideal would be to edit  videos using the raw clips and stills our activists put up.

Starting an offshore YouTube channel could be more than just a hobby...your channel could acquire more urgent significicance if U.S. dissidents are silenced.  Of course you might need to use a site that is not so American-based....

I think it's a pretty high percentage in canada and england.

Are their any offshore video distribution sites that we can load videos on, like a youtube, but less US centric?
