Manch airport to search approaching vehicles

What do they do if you turn around and leave when you see they are searching?.

Since it's one way traffic you'll at least get a ticket.

i would guess they would do it farther out
but maybe they are not doing anything more than before

I suspect their idea of "random" searches is to spend an hour setting up somewhere around the underpass, search one vehicle, spend another hour tearing down, and the remaining 6 hours of their shift at Dunkin' Donuts.

That would be random enough.  I drove by there earlier today, but no sign of anyone. Could be the weather, who knows.
