you can't even quote from an AP story without getting sued.

At the end of the story however the lawyer defending the City of Chicago claims guns are meant to hurt people so the ban should stand.

One of the Justices was offended by the derogatory insult that implied the DC decision was mistaken.

If the DC ruling that overturned the ban in the District United States (An area under exclusive jurisdiction of the Congress and not protected by the US Constitution or it's Bill of Rights.) was wrong it only undermines the Chicago ban as that is an area where the US Constitution remains in force.

Looks like tough shit for the new world order in the windy city.

I grew up in Chicago .. and once helped a friend do some concrete work on an alderman's home . He was shoulder holstering a colt 1911 and I said must be nice to be able to get around the ban . He told me every alderman is given a concealed carry permit upon being sworn in , even the several that have had felony convictions.  :pissedoff:

Mayor Daily has had Chicago's finest and their guns protecting him around the clock for more than three decades ...same with his kids .. even the one who killed a kid at a new years eve party at the family cottage in Michigan .. no charges of course . Hypocritical SOB's .

I hope the SCOTUS watches the press conference he gave after the DC ban ruling where he questions their ability to perform their duties and says that he dose not care whet they say .  Would be great to see that fat arrogant shit get his nose rubbed in it .

I can't wait to get the hell out of this state .
