because the kids, the bully's parents, the victim's parents, and a whole team of public school teachers, administrators, and "yard ladies" just can't handle it themselves. Hey guys, let's call the COPS!  :duh:

Yeah, NC just passed one, too. "Actual or perceived" gender and sexual orientation were included in ours. So basically, if you say anything to anyone in the public schools, you can be jailed by the state because someone might be offended.

Reason #2,431 to homeschool.

next on the docket that mosquito law.  No mosquitos allowed within the borders of the Commonwealth of Massachushits.

sounds like an old law they used to have. . . something along the same lines but instead of mosquitoes replace it with savages, indians, native americans.

About 3 years ago I started getting press releases about workshops, websites which described what a problem cyber bullying was, and how you could prevent it.  There was no proposed legislation or anything in it, but for some reason, it always gave me the creeps and I wouldn't run anything about it.  Now I see it was the pre-propaganda for all this legislation to regulate the internet.

Your just saying that to pick on them!
You bully, boy they're lucky they cant
see your Icy Stare over the internets.

Kat Kanning

Thou shalt not call down the wrath of the Icy Stare upon thyself, for it is considered un-smart.

Pat K

I will be in the G this weekend.

I beg you not to give me the Icy Stare.

Kat Kanning

I'm happy to hear you're visiting again, so feel no icy stare imminent.  :D
