I can't really see the birds on the youtube video but it makes sense to me that they would be leaving the gulf area.  Carrie and my granddaughter have been in Louisiana for weeks now and I wish they'd come home.

In a farmers field in Tennessee, birds arrive by the thousands. Gathering to woodland areas and power lines. This behavior is not typical to standard late fall migration pattens. Could this be a direct correlation with the gulf oil spill; a vision of what is to come for mankind?
