With more notice and more publicity, something probably could have been done. It worked last year for some French bakery owners in Colebrook.

They could just stay as illegals and they'd get a monthly check from the government, free housing, and free health care.

They're from the right country.  They're white.  They're older.  The performers at WGME claim that, "Perhaps no issue divides our nation more than immigration..." so they should achieve balance in their report by interviewing somone on the other side.  That person can tell us what is wrong with this couple.
