California cops conspiring busted by their own microphones

A man in rural San Luis Obispo County was legally target shooting on his own land, when deputies respond to the call of "shots fired" with lights and sirens. Even though they have him in handcuffs and have his rifle, they conspire to create excuses to break into his house, open his locked gun safe, and confiscate all his guns. And they do this while being recorded by their own system.
