Quote"Local police departments and the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office have begun investigating several incidents involved people going door to door selling various products.

As a result of several stories over the past week of these sales people going door to door selling magazines, the Belmont Police Department is reminding Belmont residents that people who go door-to-door selling products or officer services are required to have a town-issued ... permit issued by the Police Department."

I think they meant "offer services", not "officer services". Freudian slip?

I wonder how much they get permits for?

In Belmont, NH they want 50 bucks for the first week, then 25 dollars a week after that.

You have to pay 100 + dollars a month to the police or the police will kidnap and cage you. It's their "job" to kidnap you, if you don't give them your money first.
