In my travels to find housing in NH I met Officer Dominic in Stoddard and his chief Valencourt and a nice State Trooper also. It seems that they just don't understand my right to travel. So I was arrested for 35 minutes until they forced (by threat) me to hand over my drivers licence (which I wasn't using).  All of that for a $77 speeding ticket. I'll consider that a win right off the top!

Now, on to beating the ticket. If anyone has the research, I'll be starting with lack of 'service of process' and 'in personam jurisdiction' , I need to dig through the 'law' to determine:
1. What is a complaint?
2. What is a summons?
3. Who can issue a summons?

If anyone has the info to point to the rules that will be great, otherwise I will dig it up for future use.

sorry about these cops already giving you a hard time.  I like when additional cops show up, that means they're not out busting other people.

First cop kept up the revenue stream while I occupied the others. I image the Trooper mobile slowed people down.

They probably radio'd in for backup "Oh man, we got a new Freestater here!"
