I don't know what "we" should do. That sounds like the government trying to fix a problem the government created. But, I do know that when we sell our house here, the equity we cash out will be our entire house shopping budget in NH.

We might have a mobile home on an acre. We might have a mobile home in a park. We might have a three-family in Berlin, with burned-out hulks on either side.

But by golly, we'll own it free and clear.
