if you can identify the best language in other states, compared to what we have now, let me know.  Won't happen this year (there is too much on the plate already, adding a major fight like prohibiting DUI checkpoints wouldn't be good, next year it might have a chance), and that way we'll have a year plus to look at it, compare and contrast, and craft arguments in favor of the change(s).  Plus we don't know who is on the right committees yet.
