I was starting to use Global WARming ... but settled on Global WARmachine. I'm thinking of using it whenever "global warming" comes up, and also whenever else seems to work.

The biggest threat planet Earth has ever know is actually Global WARmachines.

Here's the part where my karma starts going down again, but...

The amount of conflict in the world has been in decline over the past several decades.  There are still some problems to be solved, and a U.S. invasion is not the best way to solve them, but realistic alternatives are few and far away, and leaving those problems unsolved is a lot more deadly.  The world is slowly and unconsciously moving toward relatively greater capitalism, free trade, economic integration, and peace.  Leaving commie dictators to rule over vast territories is a much worse outcome than war.
