Cisco bought the company that owns the Flip brand, and they're shutting down the lineup.

I understand that smart phones and even the iPod Touch compete with the Flip lineup, but there are still lots of people who want a separate video recorder, for whatever reason. I noticed a lower price just last Saturday when I was at Sam's, and almost bought one.
