Wow, they were doing something for charity and it brought out the swat team!  We were just there, but I don't think Russell shut down the bridge.

The government has left their ass hanging out again; it is the secret to shutting down every major bridge in the US at one time.  It doesn't take anything except the governments over response to something slightly out of the ordinary to close a bridge.

If Russell's truck breaks down on a bridge the best he can hope for is to not be shot by a swat team.
