I don't know if I want to deal with a nationwide bank for a mortgage, anyone know of good options in NH?

Thanks!

I know you have said earlier that you aren't particularly interested in building your own house, but either way I would recommend this book:

Mortgage-Free!: Radical Strategies for Home Ownership

My wife is currently reading this book and I'll read it after her. So far she says it's really good and has lots of neat ideas on how to save money or not even bother with a mortgage. But a lot of the book centers around building your own house.

Go with a Credit Union

Or ING BANK or EBANK or something. ( they seem to have good rates)

I will custom build when I move up and learn the state, thanks Eukreign.

Anyone know of a good credit union in NH?  I'm looking into online loans, thanks!
