New York City's police department deliberately violated the civil rights of thousands through its stop and frisk policy, the Judge did not order an end to the policy, and only appointed an independent monitor to reform the practice.

The judge is only concerned that Sprite and 7up drinkers get searched as often as Coke and Pepsi.

Hey wait!! I know....I'll get a special "medical card" and be able to drink Diet coke and everything will be okay, cuz then I'll have permission.

I still think we should make 17oz sodas legal.  Then we could properly regulate and tax it.  Not only would the tax pay for everyone's medical bills, it would pay off the National Debt and we could all afford ponies... which the Government should be providing, but at least then we could afford a pony tax so that the Government could give us all ponies.
