THIS IS A WARNING TO ANYONE WHO HAS DIRECT DEALINGS WITH LINDSAY DEAN. As it was made known several months ago, she deliberately insulted me by paying a past due debt to me in pennies. I made it known to her that I was insulted and she made it clear to me that she didn't care.

From that point forward I have not spoken to her, nor acknowledged her existence, perhaps a little childish but harmless for both parties.

However last night she chose to escalate the situation to violence, by unplugging the router in the front room, then placing rows of ice cubes in two locations in the kitchen, along the required path to the router.

At the time I found it to be humorous and silly, luckily I did not fall into her obvious trap, however after sleeping on it, I have come to the conclusion that what she did was potentially dangerous to my safety as well as the safety of others.

I am not the only one who lives here and my house is fairly open to the public with outside visitors on a daily basis, any of which could have slipped on that ice, deliberately placed there for that purpose and could have hit their head on the counter and seriously injured themselves.

I put this to the community, because I don't believe in bringing the police into personal matters. I put it to you, what would you do in this instance, because I am at a loss. I have never had a room mate who has set a deliberate trap with intent on harming others in their home.

I have decided after talking to some people, that the best course of action is to talk with her and bury the hatchet, with a 3rd party arbitrator.  We will see how that works out.
