An old friend of the free staters sued at Montpelier's superior court last week.  I have video of most of the trial and am editing stories off of it.  But it would take a long time to upload the raw.  Not sure I want to do so unless someone out in the public actually wants it.  Nobody seems to watch 10 hour long raw trial video clips.

If there are any raw uploads, I'll probably post the links here. Contact me through ridleyreport.com if you want me to upload the whole thing.

Summary of the story:

Superior Court...Montpelier, VT.   A cranky old friend of the free staters files suit.  Like most of us, he suffers from the presence of Feds six days a week.  They drive to his house in "postal" vehicles...only in his case they allegedly sort of don't.

Wallace Nolen, of Barre VT, says the post office refuses to put his mail into...the mailbox directly in front of his house.  He says they claim difficulty turning around at the dead end which follows.  Nolen has his own issues getting to mailboxes....

In any case, VermontJudiciary.org reports the government's view of what happened next:  "In March 2010, (Nolen) was convicted of three counts of negligent operation of a motor vehicle following a jury trial.

Evidence at trial demonstrated that petitioner had on different days aggressively driven his vehicle toward the victim, a postal worker."  This was followed by a brief suspended jail sentence and probation.  Unlike most sufferers, Nolen sued over the

handling of his probation.  He alleged that the process was not sufficiently handicapped-friendly. At court, he didn't seem to view the entrance process as very handicapped friendly either.
