Redman Incites

On October 5, 2015, as folks were readying for depositions at Old Town Hall in Grafton, Redman came in and very very quickly - quite instantly - went right up nose-to nose with Dave Kopaz who was there as a witness to the proceedings, and began what appeared to be provoking Kopaz toward a fight.
Redman's behavior was apparent (and probably a bit disturbing) to everyone there.

I asked Redman if he had come to bring violence, and told him that this was not the time or place for him to be bringing his personal issues.
As Redman continued to pursue Kopaz, I took several pictures.

At the end of Redman being deposed, the town's lawyer asked Redman something like, "You talk a lot about Peace. Can you explain what happened earlier?"
So at least that much should be part of the transcript.

I reported the incidents (including one of the pictures) to the board, and I suggested they might want to ask Redman about his behavior.

It has since been reported to me that this, very much, fits Redman's MO; that Redman regularly incites.

Outside, before that meeting, as soon as the board's lawyer arrived and no one else was there yet, Kopaz had brought many things about Redman to the board's lawyer's attention, and Kopaz was told by both the board's lawyer and by me that this was not the time or place for this. The lawyer and I, separately, asked Dave to not continue with this at this time and place. I think that Dave seems to have respected that.
