The Republican Fund (a PAC supporting Republican candidates for the NH House) is looking for a Coordinator.  This is a full-time job through the November election and possibly beyond.  It pays about $2,500 a month, no benefits.  The job involves identifying, vetting and helping 400+ Republican State Rep candidates.  The Coordinator will also arrange fundraising events and other campaign activities.

The job requires a sunny personality and the usual office skills like familiarity with email, Excel, Word, mail and especially phone.   For all this the Coordinator will have the assistance of an advisory board of Reps and people like yours truly.  The Republican Fund's office is in Manchester.

At the end of the seven months the Coordinator will be well known, politically savvy and have the satisfaction of helping shape the legislature for the better.  The last person to hold this job now works full time in New Hampshire for Senator Sununu.

Interested candidates should prepare a resume and contact Rep. Dan Itse at 603-642-5713.

Thanks for posting this, spike!

Do you know if comes from taxpayers or fundraising? (Or does it come from something else I haven't thought of)?

The Republican Fund is a registered NH PAC.  All of its money comes from fundraising.  Speaking of which, if you'd like to donate (as we have), here is the address:

Republican Fund
228 Maple St, 3rd Floor
Manchester NH 03103

One of the most well-know PACs is EMILY's list.  EMILY stands for "Early Money Is Like Yeast", which is very true.  Good early reports get donors interested.
