Give me a call at 765-8100 if you're interested in renting an apartment or the entire home.

This is the home for rent in Brookline everyone keeps asking about. I'm looking for someone to rent apartments or the entire house.

This is a LARGE, 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with an external office room in its own building on a 5-acre property in a very nice rural area.  Prior tenants have raised animals on the property, but I do not believe it's zoned for that anymore.  >:( Regardless, we can still grow a lot of stuff with 5 acres.

If anyone's visiting New Hampshire and needs a place to stay for a few days, I am willing to host them for a proportional fee. This may change later on when the house fills up.

The house is about 10-13 minutes from hwy 101.  I'm only going to give the address out to seriously interested parties and request that it otherwise be kept absolutely confidential.

Here are some random photos I snapped before the battery died in my friend's camera.  ;) Next time I'll focus on inside shots first.

...then the camera died. But I'll get more for you!

Great looking home. It would be perfect (except out of our price range) if we were transferring to Devens instead of Berlin.

picture's worth a thousand words!   there's no question this place will take off...just a question of how long it will take and whether mike can continue to so generously hold this window open for us!

For us out-of-towners... how much would a house like that rent for?

(You could PM or e-mail me if you like.  I am trying to convince my spouse we can afford to move to NH this year.  He will not budge unless we get ACREAGE!)

Please realize that the price of this house, being an easy commute to Massachusetts, is distorted by the MA market.

That said, I'd like to know, too.  :)

Check there.

Brookline 3 bedrooms with at least 1 acre run  from $235K - $400K

Tell your husband to search the web.  Acreage is not hard to get. Really.

I'll be calling tommorrow. Don't know if it's within my price range, but it's worth a shot.
