EMERGENCY Publicity Stunt AND Flash Protest!

We need to carry out an emergency publicity stunt at the State House within the next few business days AND a flash protest at the State House tomorrow.

The statewide anti-Real ID coalition formed by Caspian gained massive statewide publicity on Tuesday (Union Leader, Concord Monitor, Nashua Telegraph, NHPR, etc.) However, the politicos are worried that the Senate will carry out an "exec" tomorrow to kill HB1582 (the bill to remove NH from National ID) and they want a flash protest against Real ID at the State House in order to stop the anti-Real ID bill from being killed.

Therefore, we need a flash protest tomorrow morning in Concord near the State House (between the two buildings) or in any area of high-visibility to Senators driving to their parking garage or walking to the State House.

Also, I don't care about legislation either way, but we've been offered help from a well-connected individual on rapidly obtaining national publicity for a publicity stunt event within the next few business days designed to force the issue at a national level. The only requirement is that we put forth an organized effort to carry out an effective publicity stunt near the State House, lasting only a few minutes if necessary. In return, we may gain national publicity.   

If anyone wants to help organize this emergency publicity stunt within the next few business days, please let me know (765-8100). I can't do this by myself!

I am preoccupied all day tomorrow. If anyone can organize or participate in such a flash protest, please post here and give out your contact information or give me a call (765-8100) and I'll try to help organize the event.

Sign ideas for tomorrow (Wednesday) morning:
-Any sign idea thought up by Dave Ridley will probably work fine.
-Anything mentioning "REAL ID" and how it's terrible.
-"NATIONAL ID... JUST LIKE CHINA."

The problem here is that there is just not enough 7.62 x 39 ammo to just spray and pray it hit's the right "constituants" to justify such a protest.

Plus Tunga has to go to work and defend liberty with his hands and such. Could you possibly spare some thermite for the funeral for a friend celebration?

great idea mike and glad to see others doing flash demos!  i'm not going to go today because of a cold but I remain eager for info on other days that i might be able to be of use, and exact times and places where I can stand with a sign.

I understand we have a little time to work with now regarding 1582, but of course i could be wrong.

Apparently the Senate did not exec the bill this week, so we're safe for at least a week and the emergency event is cancelled. Some politician said it may be pushed back beyond April 22nd and we're supposedly trusting this person's assessment.

Unfortunately, I missed the April 22nd coalition conference call tonight because I'm a busy flake.

If someone can give me an update on what happened, I might be able to do my job.  bleh!
