There will be wireless high speed internet in certain areas of Grafton soon enough ($50-$100 a month). And if you have the money now you can get a T1, several people in Grafton have that.

I don't know if places like that emerald lake district have high speed internet.
I was just saying that if you are not planning on commuting, maybe you can find a nice cheap spot that is not a swamp farther north and west.

Emerald Lake does not have high-speed internet.  Just slow dialup from a PRIVATE telephone company.  It sucks...

There is no DSL coverage in Grafton. You could get a T1 line but pay through the nose or a satellite dish, I have WildBlue and it's like $80 a month and i get 1.5Mb download speeds, upload is like 256Kb.
