Contacting Kat: plz use email not phone when pratical

Kat is too polite to say this herself I suspect

but she preferes to be contacted by email or PM when practical, as opposed to phone.  There are obvious exceptions to this of course, but personally i try to use email when contacing her and hope you will too unless circumstances demand otherwise.

I usually hate the telephone, but I've really appreciated the calls.
