a FREE class put on by A Market Natural Foods in Manchester.

The A Market is a great store! ... and they've started an education center just a couple of lots down from the store. I have signed up for the Cooking for Health class and as of today, they still have room for others.

The A Market Education Center is located in a mini-mall (Willow Tree Plaza) at 575 South Willow Street, Suites 206 & 207.

They have upcoming classes on Weight Loss and Exercise (16 Jan), Natural Options for ADHD (30 Jan) and several things planned, but not finalized for February, too. You can also sign up for classes at the store.
