Yes, I know there's not much time on this, but Reichsfuhrer Justice Breyer will be at Fenway Park on Tuesday the 18th talking about "interpreting the living Constitution."
Like..... Let me think....... Oh Yeah! Kelo!
I put this up on the CD forum cause that's one possibility, or just have people there reminding him that Kelo is No-Go.

Aw man.  If I had found this thread earlier, I DEFINITELY would have pounded the pavement outside Fenway.  Actually, I might not have, because I was too busy pounding beers (You only turn 21 once).  I was at the game that night, though, and I made it a point to boo him when he threw out the first pitch.
