Would it be possible for a city or state govt to "eminent domain" federal property in a city?

For example ED the IRS office in Keene and tear it down to build a park.

Rinse and Repeat

Nope.

See the abysmal and poorly-reasoned McCulloch v. Maryland.  One of the Marshall court's decisions that expanded federal power at the cost of state sovereignty.

Governments have been known to do things that they "can't" or "aren't supposed to" do before, and get away with it.

Basically, it's a rare treat when local government stands up to state or federal... or state stands up to federal.

What if it happened in a different court? :) Like one under the Republic of NH.

And then we can stand in front of the tanks as they roll into NH. Can you imagine CNN showing video of Tiananmen Square, but it's not in China, it's in a US, or a former US state?
