CA city bans ALL smoking

They have a lot lower tax here too, around 40c an ounce, if I recall correctly, meaning you'd pay I think about 10 cents per pack rather than ~$1. Plus the rolling tobacco companies never had those extremely costly fines from the states, and they still dont have to put a warning on the packages here.

They sell those rollers here too... mainly for rolling a different kind of cigarette.

Effective July 1, 2005, the tax on tobacco products was increased and expanded. RSA 78, the Tobacco Tax law was amended with the following changes:

The rate of tax for each package containing 20 cigarettes increased from 52 cents per pack to 80 cents;
The rate of tax for each package containing 25 cigarettes increased from 65 cents per pack to $1.00; and
Loose tobacco is now taxable and at the same rate as smokeless tobacco at 19% of the wholesale price.

Hmm, the tax changes depending on how many cigarettes are in the pack... but it doesn't say how long the cigarettes can be >:D
