Job openings in Nashua, Hudson, Merrimack:
http://bostonworks.boston.com/research/profiles/bae_systems.shtml

Most of the jobs are IT related (Oracle, Networking, etc), but some are in Accounting, some in Security (don't know if that means "keeping the building safe" or "computer security" -- up to you to call and find out)

My next-door neighbor is a mucky-muck at BAE.  Nice fellow, too.

I interviewed for the Security position last Monday.
One giant step closer to NH.

It is Information Security, something I'm no stranger to.

Groovy!!!

One of the best times I ever had on a New Year's Eve was in San Francisco when I got trashed at a hotel room party with a bunch of security geeks. This was in 1999 or 2000, before hotels assumed you have your own laptop, and the room had a Sun network appliance-type terminal that ostensibly allowed one only to browse the Web.

Well, within 5 minutes these guys had a shell open.
10 minutes later they had found the corporate database, webserver, and email servers. I think this was a Marriott, not sure, but definitely some big name.
They had downloaded a rootkit when they got into an argument among themselves about the wisdom of going any farther, and then stopped.

Still, I learned a hell of a lot watching them! >:)
