Whenever someone offers me advice on how to get around something objectionable like taxes/registration/regulation, I look for the list of satisfied customers. If it isn't forthcoming, I know that the risks are high.

As he was around for a number of days during P'fest '05, I got to talk to Badnarik a few times.  I asked if it wasn't a pain in the ass trying to get around while constantly being stopped, arrested, Bail, Hearing, car imponded, etc. while trying to enjoy his rights and constantly explaining them anew in each new juristiction.
He explained that the one court case was dropped, during trial, I think, when the Prosecuter saw how he was going to present his case.
Since his Presidential run he doesn't drive unregistered, unlicensed.  I don't think he drives at all.
As I remember he understood and I think agreed that it is often more economical to, simply eat some of the crap, registraton, license, etc. and get around and Be around to take part in the revolution.

This much is true. The most creative CD I can imagine is incorporating in the freest state to incorporate in, then registering in the cheapest to your corporation.

I dont think that corporate entities can hold licenses though... the best we can do on that is blocking RealID

If you want to bypass law enforced roads, you will be taking all the back roads.  You better have four wheel drive if you want to make it through our back roads. HAHAHA.  Welcome to NH!!!!

When I get around to buying a car, I want to look into this whole buying a car directly from the factory thing. Badnarik has mentioned it on occasion. Something about if you buy a car directly from the manufacturer/factory, before the car has been registered with the state and had plates added to it, you can get away with not having plates or registration.
You mean it's legal? I dont think so. The laws on registartion vary by state and I dont think that it specifies how it was bought.

As I understand it, there is a legal way, yes. Badnarik says something about it on one of the constitution class videos.

Great question Chef!

I'm not precisely sure what all the differences are here but here are a few positive differences:

1) No law requiring insurance

2) Better citizen support network.  If you get pulled over you can call our informal hotline from the car... One of us will then probably  spread the word that you are in trouble.  Some limited degree of support will likely be forthcoming if you haven't endangered others.

3) Cops are more laid back here overall...once I got pulled over for speeding 3 times in one week by Troy PD and they never gave me a ticket :)   They would have been less amused if I'd had no license I'm sure.

The hotline is 603.357.2049
If that fails call 603.721.1490

You're welcome to call even if the place you get pulled over is outside NH.  You may get voicemail however.
Our abilities are not huge at this point and the focus is inside NH...but we are getting stronger by the week as people move in.

If all else fails, call 413-0411, leave a message, (it can be several minutes long!) and I'll make sure it gets out to everyone. :)

It's illegal in New Hampshire to record your conversation with the cops without their knowledge and consent. But it's not illegal here in Wisconsin! ;D

What are those numbers?

357-2049 = Porc-911 (Russell & Kat)
721-1490 = Porc-511 (Dada's Road Report)
413-0411 = Porc-411 (Voicemail blast system)
More on this number here: http://forum.soulawakenings.com/index.php?topic=5248.0
