Uncle Sam gets a spanking

Wayne suggested having a public spectacle:  Lady Liberty giving Uncle Sam a thorough spanking for his misdeeds.  Sounds kinda fun.  Visual at least.  Could have a banner ad advertising it...animated gif of the spanking.

What think you all?
