Cathleen, I've never looked for one, but, you might find a good Chineese buffet in the China Town section of Boston.  Do the Museum Of Science, Freedom Trail, the new Museum of Fine Arts.  Make a day of it.

I'll bet Boston does have a good one. Haven't spent any real time in Boston since we have lived here. We did all those touristy things a few years ago on vacation.

I like the seafood here.

The MFA is old; it's the Institute of Contemporary Art that is new.  I've found that I can't really stand more than 2 hours at a time in a museum, so sometimes I go to the MFA on a Wednesday night after 4 (from 4-10 PM on Wednesdays it's free admission) for a few hours, then enjoy a nice walk outside at night before grabbing a slice of pizza or something and hopping back on the T.  I don't know of any Chinese buffet places in Boston, though . . . .

Freedom Trail
I loved it as a kid and love it still.
Nothing better than a spring Saturday walking the Freedom Trail in Boston.

Hmm... not a bad price for a dinner buffet.  I presume they have some special dinner features like sushi?

Yes, I asked her about the daytime cost on a Sunday...and they do have a range of sushi, seaweed, ginger, and that stuff. Chinese soups, fruits, not as many chinese selections as the buffet that closed in Bedford, but enough. And enough of American food to fill in for someone who is picky about chinese, such as meatloaf, pizza, mashed potatoes and corn and an extensive cold salad bar, fried foods bar, the typical rices and veggies, about 6-8 food bars in all..including ice cream and other desserts.
