A backdoor amendment to a law passed a year ago allows the Department of Injustice to take DNA of anyone ARRESTED on federal charges, even if they are never convicted. The DNA goes into the FBI's massive database along with the DNA of criminals.

This has implications for everyone here engaged in or considering civil disobedience.
