Only Twice? ::)

That I'll publicly admit. I haven't done the Playboy expose that I am expecting, which will make me lots of money and pave my way into high elective office. I'm using the Jimmy Carter plan.

Hi Troll :D...Hoping you are one of the good instructors out there in the system, but let us be honest the system is controlled by unions and bureaucrats.  Is the purpose of a union to promote education, or to get as much for as little from its employer?  Why is public education so top heavy in bureaucrats?  Why do you continue to think more money will somehow fix the problem?  Why don't you admit we have a real problem with public education?

From what I have learned, indeed NH public education does rank fairly well relative to the other states, however we live in a world ecomony, and were does US public education rank on a world scale?  Why are our children not taught what the Constitution says, not what some teacher thinks it says?  Why do our children know next to nothing about the NH State Constitution.  Why are teachers not tested too?

Was in Concord last week in support of HB 406 to lighten restrictions on homeschooling.  One rep. a home schooler, testified.  He said what made him decide to homeschool was when his son came home with a spelling paper.  Hey it was 100%.  The teacher wrote.....100%...ELENT!

BTW why do homeschoolers consistently out perform public school kids?

Scott Roth

Because they get the attention they need from those that are teaching, and less attention from their peer group.  Smaller classes, more thoughtful classwork...better education.  Just the way our forefathers did it.

Michael Fisher

Homeschoolers outperform publicly educated children because they never lose their natural love of learning, and because they grow up knowing that it's THEIR responsibility to learn, not somebody else's responsibility to teach them.
