Pearls before bureaucrats

Accomplished classical violinist Joshua Bell, along with the Washington Post, pulled a stunt in Washington, D.C., where he pretended to be a street musician for 45 minutes while government bureaucrats rushed by on their way to work.

The results weren't all that surprising, unfortunately.
