Hey everybody!  I Posted essentially the same info @ the FSP forum, so I thought I'd mention it here too!

I help run a Myspace resource site, which helps people jazz up their Myspace profile page a little bit.  Anyway, I made a few backgrounds that are FSP related, as well as one for Porc Fest 07, and a couple of backgrounds based on the Gadsen flag and a "V" background as well.

If you are a Myspace user, maybe go and check it out.  Its free, and can help spread the word in that community.

We actually got a mention in this month's newsletter on the FSP site, (which I thought was very cool)  http://www.freestateproject.org/news/fspnews/may2007

The direct link to our site is http://www.myspacemakeoverplace.com

Also, if you have any suggestions for any other background designs, please let me know.  We're still getting it up-and-running, so additional ideas are always welcome!

I've been a lurker here for a long time, and that's how I got some of the ideas.  Eventually I'll get up to NH, but I thought this was a pretty cool way to help out in a small way.

Thanks, and keep up the great work!

I would love to have a FSP theme on my myspace profile. I went to the site and did a search nothing immediately came up. can you direct me a little bit. I don't want to spend too much time searching.

Sorry bout that.  Site is still being developed, its a little rough - but its easy enough to do!

Go to the site, and then over on the left select "Basic Layout Editor" or follow this link...http://www.myspacemakeoverplace.com/basic_myspace_editor.html

From the "Background Image" area of the editor, you'll want to choose "Select one of our Images".

Open the drop-down box in the line right above it, scroll down a bit and you should start to see some of the available themes.

The cool thing about this editor (I've seen a lot of them) is this one will display your selections "real-time" so you can see how your profile will look as you make your changes to the text colors or whatever.  Once you are done with all of your selections, generate the code, copy and paste into your Myspace profile.  Taa daa!

FYI, my Myspace profile is the same as it is here if you want to see how mine looks, or check this link...
