March 8th Voters need to vote to defeat the Charter Proposal and also defeat the budget.

Anyone running for a zoning position needs to know the five criteria for granting variances (Simplex Case law)as well as the Boccia(Case law Area Variance criteria for area variances .

In 95% of communities the Zoning Laws protect the whole community from outrageous proposals like taking out neighborhoods the way they do in Ohio to build condominium developments and malls.

Ignorant people in positions of  power (who don't understand Simplex and Boccia) & go outside the zoning rules create the most problem in NH Courts .

A business cannot take over a neighborhood against the will of the residents living there without abusing the government-provided power of eminent domain.  If people are selling their homes willingly, then what's the problem?

In any case, I want to stick with Myrtle and Barbara.  I think should focus on helping them for now rather than becoming involved in a town's local political scene.
